Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned payroll professional to manage multi-country payroll operations. You will validate results, conduct post-payroll audits, and drive standardization and efficiency across processes.

You will interpret complex payroll policies, manage projects and changes, and ensure regulatory compliance while safeguarding data security and confidentiality. Immediate start is preferred and MS Word resumes are requested.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of payroll project or migration experience.
• Able to start immediately or with short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and validate payroll results across multiple countries using reports, macros, and technology-enabled tools.
• Conduct post-payroll audits, reporting, and metrics tracking to identify processing errors.
• Review and improve payroll processes to drive standardization, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain payroll processes aligned with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain payroll SOPs, process maps, documentation, and training materials.
• Manage payroll projects and change requests, tracking progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Interpret payroll policies, statutory requirements, overtime, deductions, benefits, and other pay-related matters.
• Maintain payroll systems and oversee testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and legislative changes.
• Coordinate payroll audits and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for payroll issues.
• Review manual payroll adjustments and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Ensure payroll and employee data are handled securely in accordance with confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll project/migration experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
