Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a leader to drive the development of digital distribution platforms and AI-enabled solutions that boost productivity and user experience.

The role focuses on leveraging AI, GenAI, automation and analytics to streamline distributor journeys, translate business needs into concrete features, and manage delivery from ideation through deployment. You will collaborate with Business and Technology teams, ensure governance and change management, and monitor

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 year of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and continuous enhancement of digital distribution platforms and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation and data analytics to streamline processes and enhance distributor journeys.
• Translate business needs into user-centric solutions, defining business requirements, use cases, product features and prioritized backlogs in collaboration with Business and Technology teams.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation and proof-of-concept through implementation, UAT, deployment and operationalization.
• Coordinate UAT, defect triage, resolution, retesting and business sign-off to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Risk and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance, controls, change management and user adoption.
• Monitor platform performance, adoption and user feedback, manage operational issues and delivery risks, and drive continuous improvements to digital capabilities.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
