Job summary

O2 NETWORK PTE. LTD. seeks a Systems & Network Engineer for a hybrid role combining client-facing solution design with hands-on maintenance of network infrastructure in Singapore.

You will engage with clients to understand requirements and design practical solutions, while also handling monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response across deployed environments. The role requires 3–5 years in systems and/or network engineering, with knowledge of Cisco/CCNA, Fortinet, and Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in systems or network engineering, with some client-facing exposure.
• Working knowledge of networking and systems platforms (Cisco/CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft) with certifications a plus.
• Practical experience with network troubleshooting, maintenance, and incident response.
• Good command of English for technical documentation and client communication.
• Willingness to visit Singapore-based sites as part of the role.
• Strong client engagement mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Curious and innovative approach to problem-solving and learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure.
• Perform network maintenance: monitoring, patching, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot systems and networks; provide incident response.
• Support integration between systems and network solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of platforms (Cisco/CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft).
• Document configurations, incident resolutions, and system changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and sales teams.
• Support internal systems and network infrastructure when needed.
