The Network Systems Administrator at Aureus Group will oversee network redesign and operation for 26+ locations across Singapore, ensuring business continuity and responsive troubleshooting. You will manage on‑prem servers, liaise with ISPs and vendors, and provide Level 1 ticket support.

We seek hands-on network professionals with routing, switching, IP PBX, and security expertise. CCNA certification is advantageous, and the role offers medical coverage, training, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with routing and switching fundamentals (IP subnetting, VLANs, VPNs, DDNS).
• Experience with network security practices in production networks.
• Proven knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting IP PBX systems.
• Experience setting up, maintaining SOHO networks and related environments.
• CCNA or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design network overhaul for 26+ locations across the country.
• Troubleshoot outages and performance issues to ensure continuity.
• Maintain on-prem hosted servers.
• Act as point of contact for ISPs and vendors.
• Provide secondary support for Level 1 break-fix tickets.

They will manage on‑prem hosted servers, liaise with ISPs and vendors, and provide secondary support for Level 1 break‑fix tickets. This role requires expertise in routing, switching, network security, and network infrastructure management.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and designing an overhaul of our networks for 26+ locations across the country
• Troubleshooting network outages and performance issues to ensure business continuity
• Maintenance of our on‑prem hosted servers
• Act as a point of contact for ISPs and vendors
• Outside of network administration, serve as a secondary point of contact for Level 1 break‑fix tickets

Hiring Criteria

• Must be highly familiar with routing and switching fundamentals – IP subnetting, VLANs, VPNs, DDNS, etc.
• Knowledge of best practices for maintaining network‑level security and its implementation in a production network
• Proven knowledge and experience maintaining and troubleshooting IP PBX systems
• Practical experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting SOHO networks and related environments
• CCNA or relevant certifications are advantageous
