Job summary

FIRST TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a systems support professional to configure and support CISCO, Fortinet, and security software.

You will work with CISCO core switches, wireless APs (Aironet/Meraki/HP Aruba) and design LAN/WAN networks. Pre-sales to client VPN and hands-on setup of Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365, and virtualization systems are expected. The role requires 3 years in SI, CCNA/MCSE or equivalent certifications are advantageous, and a diploma/degree in computer studies

Qualifications

• High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.
• CCNA, MCSE, or other professional certificates would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of systems support with System Integration (SI) experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CISCO, Fortinet, Firewall and Antivirus, and other security software.
• Assist with CISCO core switches and wireless access points (Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba)
• Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.
• Pre-sales to Point to Point and Client VPN.
• Setup and troubleshoot using CISCO Routers, Switches, wireless devices, Fortinet Firewalls, and network analysis tools.
• Install Windows Server OS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and related server platforms with hands-on setup and configuration.
• Knowledge of VMware, Exchange Server, SQL, and Virtual Server; hardware setup (Server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to configure/ support CISCO, Fortinet, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

• Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba is a plus.

• Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.

• Pre-sales to Point to Point and Client VPN.

• Setup and perform troubleshooting with network technical skills, including CISCO Routers, CISCO Switches, wireless devices, Fortinet Firewalls, and system management tools like Network Analysis.

• Install WINDOWS Server O/S, WIN 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Platform for Servers, and PCs with hands‑on experience in setup and configuration.

• Knowledge of setup/configure VMWare, Exchange Server, SQL, and Virtual Server, along with hardware configuration experience (Server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAL, etc.

Requirements:

• Unified Communication experience is desirable but not necessary.

• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other professional certificates would be advantageous.
