MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is sourcing a Network Support Engineer to design, implement, and operate the organisation's network infrastructure within a government tech environment in Singapore.

The role emphasizes availability, performance, security, and scalable network services to support healthcare digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and project managers to deliver network solutions, perform incident response, and participate in change management

Competenze

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of enterprise network support experience.
• Experience with large-scale network infrastructure and mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei or equivalent.
• Experience in campus wired and wireless networks.
• Familiar with ITIL Service Management.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN and security devices.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to ensure service quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of network incidents.
• Support changes, upgrades, maintenance, and service requests per procedures.
• Document configurations and operational procedures.
• Participate in network technology refresh, migrations, and transformation projects.
• Align network designs with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Review vendor proposals and implementation plans.
• Provide after-hours standby support when required.
