Mediacorp, Singapore’s leading content creator and national media network, offers a three-month full-time internship in network operations. You will assist Network Engineers, contribute to project implementations, and participate in day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes monitoring on-premises networks, data-driven reporting, and the creation of accurate documentation for configurations and SOPs. Strong fundamentals and familiarity with monitoring tools are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should understand TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, WLANs (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba).
• Familiar with monitoring tools and incident management best practices.

Responsabilités

• Operational Support & Project Assistance: support Network Engineers in Level 2 user assistance, project implementation, and daily operations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: monitor on-premises network performance and resource utilization; prepare reports and insights.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain detailed technical docs for network configurations, workflows, and SOPs.
