Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to manage Tier-1 monitoring and ensure continuous service availability in a dynamic data center environment.

You will respond to alarms, perform break fixes with IDC technicians, and conduct routine maintenance while documenting daily summaries for the team. Strong TCP/IP knowledge and Linux familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data center network monitoring and operations.
• CCNA/JNCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network alarms and faults, escalating to Tier-2 as needed.

Requirements
