You will implement monitoring, document configurations, and deliver post‑migration support with knowledge transfer to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Plan and review migration requirements, validate hardware, software, licensing, and compatibility.
• Upgrade firmware/OS and configure devices per approved versions.
• Implement security hardening and disable unused ports/services.
• Set up monitoring and alerts with SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow where applicable.
• Execute migration with health checks and minimal downtime.
• Create and update network diagrams, configurations, IP addressing, and docs.
• Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare migration report and sign-off documentation.
