Job summary

• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s), and related hardware/software.
• Train users in proper use and security of all systems; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Provide end-user support for applications; manage backups and file storage; respond to vendor escalations when needed.
