Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6-month contract in the banking sector. The position is based in Tampines Punggol District from March 2027, with a Monday-to-Friday 9:00am–6:00pm schedule and a salary open for discussion.

Responsibilities include planning, delivering and coordinating infrastructure projects, managing schedules, risks and dependencies, and ensuring governance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of network and connectivity services.
• Experience with digital workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and information security fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Plan and coordinate infrastructure-related projects from initiation through implementation
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues and mitigation plans
• Coordinate activities across infrastructure, security, applications and business teams
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the key coordination point between internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status reviews
• Track action items and drive timely closure
• Escalate risks and issues to project sponsors and management when required

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management presentations
• Maintain project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs and change records
• Ensure compliance with project governance and technology standards
• Support audit, risk and regulatory documentation where required

Technology Delivery

• Coordinate infrastructure implementation covering areas such as network, digital workplace, cloud, collaboration and security
• Support testing, migration, deployment and post-implementation activities
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operations

Technical Exposure

Candidates should have a good understanding of infrastructure technologies such as:
