Job summary

St Luke's ElderCare (SLEC) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Administrator to manage LAN/WAN, cloud services and security. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Azure AD, firewall and endpoint security, while coordinating with service providers to meet SLA targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in infrastructure or network administration, proven experience with cloud solutions, backups and access governance, and a proactive approach to risk assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infrastructure or network administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and cloud services is preferred.
• Familiarity with incident response, backups and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD and related cloud services; oversee infrastructure services.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security and email security platforms; ensure security posture.
• Maintain user access controls and MFA and perform privileged access reviews.
• Coordinate with MSPs, ISPs and SOC to ensure SLA compliance.
• Support compliance with HIA, PDPA and cybersecurity standards; assist audits and risk assessments.
• Participate in technology refresh, site rollouts and disaster recovery exercises.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
• Manage switches, firewalls and wireless infrastructure.
• Coordinate network upgrades and technology refresh activities.
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.

Infrastructure Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD and associated cloud services.
• Manage SLEC infrastructure services.
• Support cloud, virtual machines and backup systems.

Endpoint & Security Management

• Administer:
• Endpoint security solutions
• Email security platforms
• EDR/XDR technologies
• Ensure endpoint compliance and security posture.

Identity & Access Management

• Maintain user access controls and privileged access reviews.
• Support MFA implementation and access governance.

Vendor and Service Provider Management

• Coordinate with:
• Managed service providers
• Internet service providers
• Security operation centre (SOC)
• Monitor SLA compliance

Compliance & Governance

• Support HIA, PDPA and cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments and certification activities.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and network diagrams.

Project Delivery

• Support technology refresh programs and site rollouts.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
• Participate in major incident and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate recovery activities with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of infrastructure or network administration experience.
