Job summary

Henderson Security Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage Windows Server, AD and hybrid infrastructure for security operations. You will oversee server provisioning, patching, and incident response while collaborating with security and operations teams.

The role requires 8 years in IT infrastructure, VMware experience, cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/OCI) and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or IS.
• Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS and Certificate Services knowledge.
• VMware or other enterprise virtualization experience.
• Azure, AWS or OCI cloud experience.
• IT infrastructure security, patch management, monitoring and troubleshooting knowledge.
• ITIL practices understanding.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certification in Azure, AWS, VMware or ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage server patching, security updates and antivirus requirements.
• Support infrastructure for security-related systems and business-critical services.
• Participate in migrations, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and service providers to ensure reliability.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes per ITIL procedures.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and backups.
• Assist in security, compliance, audit and business continuity requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure supporting business and security operations.

• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS, Certificate Services and file services.

• Monitor the availability, performance and capacity of servers, systems and infrastructure.

• Manage VMware virtual infrastructure, including server provisioning, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Support Microsoft Azure, AWS and other cloud infrastructure platforms.

• Provide technical support for IT systems and infrastructure supporting security operations and business functions.

• Troubleshoot server, system, network and infrastructure‑related issues and conduct root cause analysis.

• Manage server patching, security updates, antivirus and other infrastructure security requirements.

• Support IT infrastructure for security‑related systems, operational applications and business‑critical services.

• Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration, upgrade and system enhancement projects.

• Work with internal teams, vendors and service providers to maintain reliable connectivity and availability of IT systems.

• Manage IT incidents, problems and changes in accordance with established IT service management procedures.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, system procedures and operational reports.

• Maintain accurate infrastructure and configuration records.

• Support IT security, compliance, audit and business continuity requirements.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to IT support staff and users.

• Participate in scheduled maintenance, system upgrades and on‑call support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or a related field.

• Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

• Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS and Certificate Services.

• Practical experience with VMware or other enterprise virtualization technologies.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS or OCI.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure security, patch management, system monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of IT service management and ITIL processes.

• Experience supporting infrastructure implementation, migration and upgrade projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical, operational and business teams.

• Experience supporting business‑critical or security‑related systems will be an advantage.

• Microsoft Azure or AWS certification is preferred.

• VMware certification is preferred.

• ITIL certification will be an advantage.
