Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT/electronics or related field required.
• Experience in network equipment testing, electronics testing or repair preferred.
• Hands-on electronics and IT hardware interest with diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain testing environments for network switches and IT servers.
• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and validate IT network equipment and hardware.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, servers and office IT infrastructure.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and confirm repair effectiveness.
• Record results, failure codes and actions; prepare technical reports.
• Guide junior technicians on testing methods and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality and customer support teams to resolve issues.
