Job summary

PIVOT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a network engineering professional to support deployment, migration, and customer projects.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery. Fresh graduates with strong networking fundamentals are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience have an advantage. Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years' experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, WLAN, and network security.
Familiarity with Layer 2/3 technologies (STP, LACP, OSPF, VRRP, VXLAN) is preferred.
Exposure to firewalls, virtualization, storage, or HCI solutions is beneficial.
Experience with Python or Ansible for automation is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite at customer locations and travel when required.

Responsibilities

Support deployment, migration, and cutover activities for customer projects.
Provide onsite and remote technical support, including troubleshooting and resolution.
Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Assist in network configuration, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, sales, customers, and partners to deliver projects.
Conduct knowledge transfer and provide documentation to customers after project completion.
Support POC, demonstrations, and solution evaluations as needed.
Maintain project records, incident reports, and technical documentation.
Follow escalation procedures and communicate status clearly.
Attend customer meetings to analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering, delivery, sales, and support teams to ensure success.
Continuously develop knowledge of networking, security, storage, and HCI technologies.
