Job summary

SANCRO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer with around 5 years of experience to support and maintain enterprise network and firewall infrastructure across multiple sites.

You will perform hands-on network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance and project support, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, with Cisco switches/routers and Fortinet or other firewall technologies. Zscaler experience is preferred and you will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of network engineering or IT infra support.
• Experience with Zscaler is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco switches/routers.
• Fortinet or other firewall technologies is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of network security and troubleshooting.
• Experience in network monitoring and maintenance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Engineer with around 5 years of experience to support and maintain enterprise network and firewall infrastructure. The role involves hands-on network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and project support across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Network & Firewall Operations

• Install, configure and maintain network and firewall equipment.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and network issues.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, patching and configuration changes.
• Support LAN/WAN operations and connectivity across multiple sites.
• Perform basic firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Assist with network implementation, migration and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct network health checks and support incident resolution.

Technical Support & Documentation

• Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues.
• Maintain network configuration, topology and technical documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and follow change management procedures.
• Maintain network and firewall asset inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support and escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure support.
