PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, security and optimal performance for a growing IT environment.

Join a collaborative team in Singapore and lead initiatives across routing, switching, and security. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, monitoring, incident response, and DR planning to support business continuity.

Competenze

• 5+ years in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Advanced knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent equipment.
• Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
• Understanding of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with network documentation and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions that support business growth
• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent)
• Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and proactively prevent outages
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate incident response to minimize downtime
• Implement and manage network security (firewalls, VPNs, access control)
• Maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, and application teams
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams on connectivity and performance
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements

• 5+ years in network engineering and infrastructure management
• Advanced knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, and TCP/IP
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent equipment
• Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and modern network design
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills, able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels
• Experience with network documentation tools and configuration management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities

Preferred / Nice to Have

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification
• Network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience
