Job summary

Fullerton Health is seeking a Project and NetSuite Manager – ERP Finance Systems to lead delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of NetSuite and finance ERP initiatives across the business. This role partners with stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver ERP solutions that improve financial processes and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, budget, and delivery quality.
• Work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to align requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Develop project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, testing, training, user adoption, and project closure activities.
• Support continuous improvement of project governance, templates, and delivery practices.
• Provide NetSuite functional expertise and support to ensure solutions meet business, finance, and regulatory requirements.
