Job summary

Mastermark Pte Ltd seeks a full-time Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registered with the NEA to support the EMMP for a major HDB development in western Singapore. You will ensure environmental controls and biodiversity protections during construction, working with consultants and agencies.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in construction environmental management, NEA ECO registration, and strong documentation skills. Hybrid work arrangements and standard benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental engineering, science, ecology, or a related field.
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the NEA.
• Preferably 3 years of post-registration experience on environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Main Contractor's environmental mitigation and management measures during construction.
• Support EMMP inspections and site observations with documentation.
• Identify deficiencies, incidents and non-conformances; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain clear records of site observations, controls, and actions.
• Support EQOs, monitoring requirements, and response procedures.
