Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an NDT Executive to support aircraft inspections to NAS410 Level 2 and approved procedures. You will uphold quality, safety, and operational performance across NDT activities.

Responsibilities include performing FPI, MPI, ET, UT and RT, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. You will assist planning and continuous improvement while working with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• NAS410 Level 2 qualification per internal procedures.
• Knowledge of FPI, MPI, ET, UT and RT inspection methods.
• Ability to follow NDT manuals, procedures and quality requirements.
• Understanding NAS410, AS9100D, ISO9001, NADCAP and CAAS 145 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; EH&S aware.

Responsabilidades

About the role

Join our team as an NDT Executive and support the inspection of aircraft and components to client specifications and approved NDT procedures. You will help maintain high standards of technical compliance, quality, safety and operational performance across non-destructive testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify to NAS410 Level 2 in accordance with internal procedures and NDT manuals.
• Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Eddy Current Inspection (ET), Ultrasound Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT) on aircraft and components.
• Demonstrate compliance with NAS410 and the Quality Manual.
• Produce and/or achieve documented practical clock-in hours for each NDT method.
• Prepare NDT technique sheets, daily checks, system checks, internal audits and periodic maintenance records.
• Support compliance with AS9100D, ISO9001, NADCAP and CAAS 145 requirements.
• Participate in quality system improvements and the development of quality systems and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve NDT technical issues encountered during daily operations.
• Assist the Operations Manager with operational planning to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
• Maintain NDT equipment, tooling and fixtures in good working condition.
• Comply with the code of ethics and all Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) regulations, standards, requirements and procedures.
• Support and participate in Continuous Improvement, EH&S and Quality projects and initiatives.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the NDT Level 3 personnel or Management.

What we're looking for

• Ability to qualify as an NAS410 Level 2 NDT practitioner through the organisation's internal procedures.
• Knowledge of or practical capability in FPI, MPI, ET, UT and RT inspection methods.
• Ability to follow NDT manuals, client specifications, approved procedures and quality requirements.
• Understanding of NAS410, AS9100D, ISO9001, NADCAP and CAAS 145 requirements.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
