Job summary

The role focuses on deposition (ALD/CVD), metrology, and process optimization within a fast-paced memory technology environment. You will work on complex experiments, document results, and help with technology transfer while staying current with industry trends in thin film processing and characterization.

Qualifications

• PhD/Master/Bachelor with extensive Thin Films R&D/PD in NAND including Diffusion and CVD films.
• Strong deposition and metrology expertise and record of technical contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level initiatives in dielectric and carbon-based thin films.
• Carry out complex experiments and support integration; deliver measurable results.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers; support technology transfer and problem-solving.
