Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Thin Film research and development for NAND process.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-functional collaboration and project-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of structural and electrical film processes.
• Conduct complex experiments and support process integration.
• Collaborate across functions to facilitate technology transfer.
• Maintain records of experiments and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor early career staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
