Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a NAND Product Development Team Lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end development from silicon to system.

You will lead cross-functional teams and define strategies that incorporate data-driven and AI-enabled insights to accelerate execution and improve outcomes. You will coordinate with business units, fabrication, test, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery while shaping the technology roadmap and enabling NAND capability readiness for customer

Qualifications

Experience applying data-driven or automation approaches to solve engineering or product development challenges; exposure to AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot) or a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Own and align NAND requirements across units and SSD development teams.
Lead data-driven workflows to improve analysis, decisions, and execution.
Drive system-level integration of NAND technology with SSDs and customer applications.
Provide cross-functional leadership across Product Engineering, Business Units, Supply Chain, Fab, Assembly and Test.
Establish and lead a NAND program management system to track priorities and risks.
Represent Product Engineering in development forums and align stakeholders on direction.
