Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore, is seeking a Principal Engineer in the NAND Module Process Integration Team to design, develop, and implement advanced process solutions for next‑gen 3D NAND yield and quality with cost and time discipline.

You will lead module development, define specifications, drive continual improvement, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to transfer technology from R&D to high‑volume manufacturing, while upholding quality and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor experience and strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze results.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more process modules for development and operation of 3D NAND IC.
• Define structural specifications and process requirements for modules.
• Set direction and continual improvement plans for the module.
• Identify and address structure, electrical and reliability issues with a model‑based approach.
• Focus on electrical/structural performance, parametric verification, and manufacturability.
• Design experiments to develop and integrate processes; analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Provide team leadership and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Support technology transfer from R&D to high volume manufacturing.
