Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Lead for Advanced NAND Process Integration to define and enable the next-generation NAND roadmap. You will drive technology pathfinding, architecture development, and execute with global teams across design, reliability, yield, and operations.

You will build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization while embracing data-driven methods and responsible AI adoption to accelerate learning and execution.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor technology development experience.
• Strong NAND technology development and process integration background.

Responsibilities

• Drive the NAND technology roadmap, pathfinding strategy, and advanced architecture development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones across device, design, probe, test, reliability, yield and operations.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering organization with a culture of technical excellence.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven methods to boost productivity and decision-making.
