Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Nimble NAND Product Development Team Lead to drive end-to-end NAND development, collaborating with cross-functional partners across engineering, quality, fabrication, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven and AI-enabled decision making to accelerate execution and optimize outcomes, representing the NAND engineering organization with strategic partners across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading product development projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of NAND device/design and/or system firmware/design.

Responsibilities

• Own NAND development schedules and lead multi-functional teams.
• Direct NAND deliverables and sample delivery schedules.
• Drive system-level integration of NAND technology with SSD applications.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Product Engineering, BU, Supply Chain, Fab, Assembly and Test.
• Represent NAND Development in product reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Lead development schedule from pre-silicon planning to NAND qualification.
