Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor technology development experience.
• Experience in NAND technology development and pathfinding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the NAND technology roadmap and architecture.
• Lead cross-functional projects across devices, design, probe, test, reliability and operations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decisions.
• Champion responsible AI adoption in engineering processes.
