Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an NVM QRA Engineer within Global Quality to drive electrical failure analysis and data evaluation for 3D NAND devices.

You will develop qualification plans, perform risk assessments, and lead qualification activities to sustain memory quality across products and processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in QA or product engineering in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience with AI tools to improve reporting or productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define NAND qualification plan.
• Facilitate and manage qualification processes.
• Analyze qualification test data and perform risk assessments at decision points.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering on reliability issues and impact.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification and root-cause analysis.
