• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools to drive productivity and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Characterize advanced NAND memory cells and arrays to identify opportunities for performance, reliability, and scaling improvements.
• Develop deep expertise in NAND device physics, array operation, and failure mechanisms guiding future technology development.
• Analyze large-scale electrical test data to uncover device behaviors, qualification gaps, and screening opportunities.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis, automate characterization tasks, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with process integration, design, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams to drive breakthroughs.
