Job summary

DXC-Luxoft in Singapore seeks an experienced Murex Front Office specialist to help run and optimize production batch processing, including date rolls, and support pricing and booking capabilities across front/m back/middle office.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Murex Front Office experience on the Mx 3.1 platform.
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations.
• Proven experience in scalable, resilient transaction processing in financial markets.
• Strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and development.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes; broad trade lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience across Front/Back/Middle Office trade lifecycle; pricing and booking in Murex.
• Experience in analyzing and validating business requirements and supporting rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Configure the processing script for various modules and debug associated issues.
• Perform or monitor daily/monthly housekeeping jobs related to Accounting, Market data, etc.
• Provide support for overnight batch processing.

SKILLS

Must have

• 6-8 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office modules of the Mx 3.1 platform
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations
• Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets
• A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes
• Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers
• Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and previous exp in creating and updating simulation views as per user preference
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite
• Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system
• Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities
• Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
