Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Murex Front Office Business Analyst to gather requirements aligned with trading workflows and operational needs.

You will represent Treasury & Markets in cross-functional initiatives and assess existing systems to propose targeted enhancements. The role requires 5–6 years in Murex FO BA, strong asset-class exposure, and hands-on Murex experience.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Murex FO BA.
• Very strong exposure to all the asset class.
• Experience in requirements analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes.
• Initial analysis of production data and test cases suite.
• Hands-on Murex trading platform experience desirable (trade booking, lifecycle events, integration workflows).
• Proficiency in JIRA for agile project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, banking, or technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Front Office Dealers and Traders to gather and analyze business requirements for new system development.
• Representing Treasury & Markets in inter-departmental committees, ensuring business priorities reflected in cross-functional initiatives.
• Assessing existing trading and dealing systems to identify gaps and propose system and process enhancements.
• Mapping business processes to system requirements for design and development of new technology solutions.
• Communicating findings to business users and department heads with clear visuals and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance of new IT solutions with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Front Office Dealers and Traders to gather and analyze business requirements for new system development, ensuring alignment with trading workflows and operational needs.
• Representing Treasury & Markets (T&M) in inter-departmental working committees such as PWC, acting as a key liaison to ensure business priorities are accurately reflected in cross-functional initiatives.
• Assessing Existing Trading and Dealing Systems used by T&M teams to identify gaps and propose targeted system and process enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Mapping Business Processes to System Requirements, ensuring that core operational and trading workflows are accurately captured and reflected in the design and development of new technology solutions.
• Communicating Findings Effectively to business users and department heads through clear visual representations, analogies, and structured documentation to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Ensuring Compliance of New IT Solutions with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk control frameworks, supporting audit readiness and operational integrity.

Skills

Must have

• 5-6 years of experience in Murex FO BA
• Very strong exposure to all the asset class
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test cases suite
• Hands-on experience with Murex trading platform desirable, especially in trade booking, lifecycle events, and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in JIRA for agile project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, banking, or technology domains.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, treasury products (FX, derivatives, fixed income), and settlement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system.
• Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities.
