Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Central is seeking a technology operations professional to provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution. You will monitor system performance, analyze logs, and work with developers to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

You will contribute to automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools, participate in duty support rotations including on‑call shifts and weekend

Qualifications

• Hands-on Murex experience with modules such as e-Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart and related components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations during incidents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools to eliminate manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required.
