THE OTHER ROOM PTE. LTD. at Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel in Singapore invites an enthusiastic bartender to join the Operations team.

You will mix ingredients, prepare cocktails, assist with opening/closing, restock par levels, and maintain hygiene while delivering an outstanding beverage experience. Candidates with at least 1 year in a cocktail bar are preferred; all applicants should be guest-focused, details-oriented, able to work weekends and public holidays, and eager to multi-skill across

Qualifications

1+ year working experience in a cocktail bar
Guest-focused, outgoing and friendly
Good knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving beverages is a plus
Able to commit on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.
Support the rest of Operations team members at bar outlet.
Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform behind-the-bar tasks (foods & garnishes, set up stations, restocking).
Get trained in each department (Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, Floor) for growth.
Restock and replenish bar inventories; maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
Ensure standard recipes, SOPs are followed and equipment is kept in good order.
Manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience.
