Job summary

Shimadzu Asia Pacific is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive to blend multimedia production, event coordination and project management. You will create engaging content, manage vendor relationships and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines.

The role involves production for corporate events, webinars and marketing campaigns, with opportunities to explore AI-powered content tools and new formats while supporting communications initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography and end-to-end multimedia production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate events and manage external vendors.
• Portfolio or samples encouraged with resume.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize and produce multimedia content to support marketing and communications initiatives.
• Capture videography and photography for corporate events and campaigns.
• Create visual assets and basic graphic designs for multimedia and event communications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure multimedia outputs align with brand guidelines and standards.
• Manage equipment and inventory for production activities.
• Explore new content formats and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Create and distribute newsletters, webinar invitations and EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Support webinar production and event logistics including collateral and booth setup.
• Develop event show flows, run sheets and coordinate rehearsals and AV requirements.
• Generate post-event recap content and highlight videos.
