Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer – Marketing Communication to develop engaging materials for digital and print, including motion graphics and simple videos. The role supports campaigns, events, and corporate communications, with a focus on brand-consistent design.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in multimedia design, 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design or a related creative role is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent creative software.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) and a willingness to incorporate them into creative workflows.
• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling with attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn new technologies and design techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design or multimedia projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging graphics, social media content, simple motion graphics, and videos to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and production efficiency while maintaining quality and originality.
• Conduct photography and videography for corporate events and marketing activities, including basic editing and post-production.
• Produce multimedia content for presentations, websites, digital displays, social media, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, multimedia technologies, and AI tools to continuously enhance creative output and workflows.
