Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a versatile ICT trainer and media technician to design and deliver age-appropriate ICT training for students and staff across Canva, Google Workspace, Scratch, MakeCode, and basic photo/video editing on ChromeOS and Windows.

You will lead photography, videography, website management on Google Sites, and collaborative ICT support, producing final media for school events and assisting teachers with ICT-integrated lessons.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ICT training with clear objectives and hands-on activities.
• Provide photography, videography and multimedia support for school events with timely outputs.
• Maintain Google Sites and create visuals using Canva or Photoshop.
• Collaborate with teachers/ICT team to plan ICT-related training and integrat ed lessons.
• Offer ad-hoc AV and ICT technical assistance as needed.

Job description

1. Student and Staff Training

• Design and deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned ICT training for students and staff, including learning objectives, materials and hands-on activities.
• Conduct training on productivity, creative and coding tools, including Canva, Kami, WeVideo, Google Workspace, block-based programming such as Scratch and/or Microsoft MakeCode.
• Conduct photo and video editing workshops using web-based tools on ChromeOS and Windows devices.
• Conduct fundamental photography workshops covering composition, lighting, camera settings and practical shooting.
• Support students in ICT and multimedia-related Student-Initiated Learning (SIL) projects.

2. Photography, Video and Multimedia Production

• Provide photography and videography coverage for school events and productions, including event documentation and highlight reels.
• Provide ad-hoc video recording and editing assistance where requested, including support for student video submissions and filming of alumni, as directed by the respective Teacher/s I/C. This includes advising on recording setup and venue suitability where required.
• Produce and edit photographs, videos and audio content in formats suitable for intended platforms.
• Deliver final media outputs according to agreed timelines and requirements as directed by the Teacher I/C.

3. School Website Management

• Maintain and update the school’s Google Sites, including content, event pages and visual assets.
• Create and edit website graphics, banners and image collages using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Ensure website content and visual assets are accurate, current and consistent with school requirements.
• Liaise with designated staff for content approval and provide basic troubleshooting where required.

4. Collaboration and School ICT Support

• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff and the ICT team to plan and support ICT-related training, projects and activities.
• Advise staff on appropriate digital tools and support the development of ICT-integrated lessons and programmes.
• Undertake other ICT-related projects or duties as required by the school.

5. Ad-hoc AV and ICT Technical Support

• Provide ad-hoc support for the setup, operation and basic troubleshooting of AV equipment, including projectors, PA systems and display screens.
• Provide AV assistance for selected events, activities and day-to-day operations when required.
• Respond to urgent AV issues as coordinated with the ICT team.
