Job summary

KLA is seeking a senior Supply Chain professional to address sub-tier dependencies and multi-tier visibility across divisions in a high-mix semiconductor environment. You will track demand vs.

supply, debottleneck bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional engagements to resolve constraints and drive recovery plans for shortages and capacity issues. The role emphasizes building dashboards, developing playbooks, and strengthening supply resilience and risk mitigation through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience in high-mix, complex manufacturing environment (semiconductor/equipment).
• Familiarity with multi-tier supplier ecosystems and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Sub-Tier Supply Chain Management: track demand vs. supply across critical sub-tier suppliers.
• Supply Bottleneck Resolution: identify bottlenecks, lead cross-functional engagements, remove constraints.
• Supplier Escalation Ownership: act as primary escalation point for complex supplier issues, ensure timely closure.
• Strategic Supply Chain Coordination: align supply priorities across divisions and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Supply Assurance & Ramp Support: support ramp and demand surges, drive continuity planning.
