Job summary

KLA is a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We seek an experienced supply chain leader to drive China+ strategy, Tier‑2 governance, and supplier performance across high‑tech manufacturing.

You will help reduce China dependency and strengthen supply chain resilience with strategic sourcing and risk management. You will negotiate pricing with Tier‑2 suppliers, shape pricing frameworks, and ensure compliant end‑to‑end supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• MBA or equivalent preferred, especially with focus on Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategy.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are an advantage.
• Exposure to semiconductor equipment or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Strong foundation in analytics, cost modeling, or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead China+ program leadership – drive strategy to reduce dependency on China and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Lead Tier‑2 supplier identification & mapping with end‑to‑end visibility.
• Establish direct Tier‑2 supplier relationships and act as escalation point for Tier‑2 issues.
• Lead pricing negotiations and commercial alignment with Tier‑2 suppliers.
• Collaborate with CM providers to ensure transparency of sub‑tier suppliers and Tier‑2 strategy.
• Identify and mitigate Tier‑2 risks and develop business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and regulatory requirements; coordinate with GTC.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and executive engagement; provide visibility into risks and strategy.
