Job summary

VIVAIA is expanding its Singapore retail footprint and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations across multiple locations. You will drive performance, ensure premium customer experiences, and lead Store Managers with clear KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of retail operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of improving store results in fashion or footwear. Travel between stores is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Hospitality or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple stores or sizeable retail team (2–3 years).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management and customer service.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Willing to travel between Singapore stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple VIVAIA retail stores.
• Monitor store performance and ensure target achievement.
• Lead Store Managers, set KPIs and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain premium customer experience and brand standards.
• Coordinate merchandising, campaigns and store openings/closures.
• Manage inventory, stock transfers and store-level audits.
• Plan manpower and scheduling to optimize coverage.
• Prepare regular retail operations reports for management.
