Job summary

Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd is seeking a cleaning associate to maintain cleanliness within condominium premises. You will operate cleaning equipment, perform periodic washing, and attend to garbage collection points, ensuring a neat and safe environment.

Responsibilities include carrying garbage bags, disposing of waste properly, and complying with daily schedules. This role typically follows a 6-day work week from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with Sundays and public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Experience in condo cleaning is a plus.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment safely.

• Operate cleaning machinery to clean assigned areas.
• Carry out periodic washing within the condominium compound.
• Clean assigned areas, including garbage collection points.
• Carry garbage bags and dispose of them properly.
• Follow schedule: 6 days per week, 7:30am–4:30pm; off on Sundays and public holidays.
