Job summary

AFS APEX FACILITIES SERVICE PTE. LTD. is hiring cleaning staff to maintain floors, surfaces and fixtures across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves routine cleaning, waste disposal and keeping common areas sanitary in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required, and we welcome PSLE holders who are seeking long-term employment. Training will be provided, and joining bonuses plus CPF contributions are offered.

• PSLE holders welcomed; O-Level/N-Level not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe down floors, surfaces and fixtures.
• Dispose of rubbish, empty and clean waste bins.
• Clean and sanitize tables and common areas.
• Remove stains, spills and grease.
• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe down floors, surfaces and fixtures
• Dispose of rubbish, empty and clean waste bins
• Clean and sanities tables and common areas
• Remove stains, spills and grease
• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day

Available Schedule

• 5-day, 5.5-day, 6-day weekly & 5/6/5/6 rotation roster

Work Locations

• Various sites across Singapore, including condominiums, foodcourt, compound and more

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2,080 - $3,000 per month, in accordance with Cleaning Progressive Wage Model (PWM) guidelines for the relevant year.
• S$600 Joining Bonus and Voucher after confirmation
• CPF contributions in accordance with Singapore regulations
