Job summary

SANKYU (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and upkeep of the building. The role involves routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning restrooms, and gardening.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, emptying trash, pantry duties, dishwashing, restroom disinfection, and replenishing supplies. The candidate should have relevant cleaning experience and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Has relevant experience as a cleaner
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred
• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks and lift and move heavy weight (between 5kg and 10kg)
• Ability to handle strenuous physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness consistently.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc).
• Empty trash bins and dispose waste daily.
• Serving beverages and pantry related works.
• Cups and cutlery washing.
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and pantries (in-charge of one level)
• Wiping handrails, door handles and other high-touch areas
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Replenishing biscuits, beverage enhancers (creamer, sugars, condensed milk, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as pantry, meeting rooms, and reception.
• Outdoor compound areas - cleaning smoke areas, carpark and watering the plants
• Notify supervisors of unsafe or defects conditions
• Other ad hoc duties.

Additional Notes

• 5 days’ work (Mon to Fri)


• 7.30am to 4.30pm (incl 1-hour break)
