Job summary

Col33 Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sushi kiosks across outlets in Singapore, ensuring smooth operations, consistent product quality, proper inventory control and wastage management.

You will collaborate with Management, Sushi/Kitchen Team, HR, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance and outlet staff to improve operational efficiency, standardise procedures and support the growth of the sushi business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-outlet food/retail operations.
• Strong inventory, wastage control and cost management knowledge.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all sushi kiosks and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, cost performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Plan and review staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Ensure outlets follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with Management, Kitchen, HR, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance to improve efficiency.
