Job summary

manna 360 pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its food kiosk network to drive consistent standards, efficient manpower deployment, food quality and safety, and cost control across kiosks. You will work with Store and Area Managers to translate strategies into day-to-day execution.

The role focuses on identifying operational gaps, improving processes, developing people, and building scalable, profitable kiosk operations across outlets. Travel between kiosks is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, manpower planning, inventory, cost control, and customer service.
• Proven experience in process improvement and operational performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive operational excellence across assigned food kiosks.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve SOPs.
• Ensure outlets meet standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
