Job summary

LPS in Singapore seeks a Cloud Wintel Engineer (Level 2) to manage Windows workloads across on‑prem and multi‑cloud environments, with AWS as the primary cloud and exposure to Azure and GCP.

You will contribute to patching, security hardening, automation with PowerShell and cloud CLIs, and ITIL‑driven incident handling in a regulated environment. 24/7 shift rotation and strong collaboration with security and development teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Wintel administration and support experience.
• Minimum 2 years cloud experience supporting Cloud Windows workloads.
• Strong OS patching knowledge and patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM, AWS Systems Manager, Azure Update Management).
• Experience with ITIL practices and ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation and routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) in on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.
• Manage cloud operations predominantly on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Perform OS patching and patch management across Windows environments.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Windows Server and assist with OS‑level diagnostics.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change and request management; maintain tickets and SLAs.
• Implement CIS security hardening, IAM and vulnerability remediation across clouds.
