Job summary

Letat Agencies Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to support marketing across multiple sales and distribution channels. The role combines graphic design, content creation and online store management to drive brand presence.

You will develop promotional visuals for product launches, manage WooCommerce content, and execute EDM campaigns across websites, social media and events. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, E-Commerce or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design software.
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce and EDM platforms would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing and promotional mechanics.
• Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and print applications.
• Creative, organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with a relevant design portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare marketing materials for multiple channels (EDMs, banners, posters, catalogues, POSM, social media).
• Develop visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail promotions and events.
• Prepare materials for supermarkets, retail outlets, restaurants, e-commerce platforms and trade events.
• Adapt artwork to channel requirements and promotional objectives.
• Ensure branding consistency across all materials.
• Manage website content, product listings, pricing, descriptions and banners.
• Support daily operations and updates of the WooCommerce platform.
• Configure and test promotional mechanics (discount codes, bundles, GWP, member offers).
• Coordinate with external developers and service providers on site improvements.
• Design, prepare and execute EDM campaigns and digital promotions.
• Support campaigns across websites, social media and other platforms.
• Develop engaging product content and promotional messages.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for engagement and sales.
• Support marketing activities for modern trade, general trade, on-trade, e-commerce and events.
• Prepare promotional artwork, product info and collateral per channel requirements.
• Assist in planning seasonal promotions, brand activations, product launches and sampling.
• Coordinate with sales teams, brand principals, suppliers and partners for timely delivery.
• Maintain and organise digital assets, product images, brand guidelines and marketing materials.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are on schedule.
• Assist in sourcing quotations and coordinating production of printed materials.
• Support other marketing projects as assigned.
