WHISTLER WINE & SPIRITS PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to support branding, campaigns, digital platforms and business development. The role blends creative design with digital marketing and commercial awareness to drive online and offline sales.

You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, manage website and product listings, run EDM campaigns, and coordinate multi-channel promotions.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Business or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce or creative design.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design applications.
• Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with EDM tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Understanding of online promotions and basic campaign performance tracking.
• Good creative sense, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and collaborate with different departments.

Aufgaben

• Create attractive marketing materials, including EDMs, posters, promotional banners, social media content, product catalogues and point-of-sale materials.
• Develop engaging product presentations and promotional content for different target audiences.
• Adapt materials to suit retail channels, online platforms and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Manage and update website content, product information, promotional pages and visual assets.
• Support daily e-commerce operations, including product listings and campaign updates.
• Implement promotional mechanics such as discounts, vouchers, bundles, GWP and membership promotions.
• Coordinate website enhancements with external service providers.
• Ensure pricing and promos are accurate across digital platforms.
• Prepare, schedule and execute EDM campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
• Assist in planning campaigns for product launches and events.
• Support social media content creation and digital advertising initiatives.
• Monitor campaign results and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with sales teams to prepare promotional materials for retail, wholesale, trade and e-commerce channels.
• Support brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and events.
• Develop sales presentations and marketing proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on marketing deliverables.
• Maintain and organise marketing assets and timelines.
• Assist with other marketing and business activities.
