Job summary

NEW ADVENTURES FITNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a freelance Muay Thai Instructor to lead one to two 60-minute classes weekly at Snap Fitness Zhenghua. The role targets an energetic coach with experience in group Muay Thai and a focus on safe, engaging sessions.

You will teach 10–16 participants per session, demonstrate authentic Muay Thai techniques, and ensure proper warm-up, pad work, and equipment safety.

Qualifications

• Verifiable coaching credentials or martial arts instructor certification.
• Experience teaching group Muay Thai or striking classes in a gym or academy.
• Ability to clearly break down movements for beginners.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead 60-minute Muay Thai classes focusing on technique, conditioning, and pad work.
• Instruct groups of 10 to 16 participants with scalable drills for varying fitness levels.
• Teach fundamentals: stance, footwork, strikes, and basic defense.
• Safely manage partner drills and pad work, and hold Thai pads.
• Prioritize member safety and correct form to prevent injuries.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to set up the studio and gear.
• Ensure equipment is wiped down and stored after class.
