Job summary

PURPLE PLUTO PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructors to join our fitness platform in Singapore on a part-time/adjunct basis.

You will deliver engaging group classes across mornings, evenings and weekends at our gyms and Pilates facilities around Singapore. Applicants should hold recognised Mat Pilates and/or Yoga certifications, be able to coach, observe, cue and modify, and adapt sessions to different fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Recognised Mat Pilates Instructor certification, Yoga Teacher certification, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of movement, anatomy, alignment and safe exercise progression.
• Confident in leading group classes independently.
• Newly certified instructors with strong practical ability are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Mat Pilates and/or Yoga group classes.
• Plan and deliver well-structured sessions suitable for the class level and format.
• Provide clear demonstrations and coaching cues with exercise modifications.
• Observe participant movement, alignment and technique.
• Adapt exercises for different fitness levels, experience and mobility.
• Maintain safety, professionalism and participant care.
• Create a positive and inclusive class environment.
• Arrive punctually and prepare the training space before class.
• Build rapport with participants and encourage continued participation.
• Work collaboratively with our wider fitness team and programmes.
