PURPLE PLUTO PTE. LTD. is seeking energetic Fitness Dance Trainers to lead group classes across our gyms in Singapore. This part-time/freelance role invites instructors who enjoy music, movement and building a regular class following within a growing fitness community.

We welcome diverse dance-fitness backgrounds and invite applicants who can adapt programmes for different ages, abilities and experience levels. Flexible schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive and comfortable leading groups.
• Confident communicating and engaging with participants.
• Reliable and committed to agreed class schedules.
• Safety-conscious and professional in your conduct.
• Comfortable teaching beginners as well as more experienced participants.
• Relevant Fitness Dance, Group Exercise or instructor certifications are preferred.
• Experienced dance instructors who can adapt programmes into fitness-based group class format are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, energetic and well-structured group fitness classes.
• Lead participants of different ages, abilities and fitness levels.
• Demonstrate movements clearly and provide suitable modifications where required.
• Create an enjoyable, motivating and welcoming class environment.
• Encourage participant engagement and repeat attendance.
• Prepare suitable music, choreography and class programming.
• Start and end classes punctually.
• Ensure the training area is safe before and after each class.
• Support selected gym events, fitness programmes and community activities where mutually agreed.
